An event venue
with a story
The Amsterdam Event Distillery is not a venue that looks like a distillery. You are a guest in a real working distillery, among the stills, barrels and botanicals.
Discover the story behind the place where your event might take place.
Where it started
From distillery to event experience
This is where the world of Spirited Union was born, where rum, botanicals and craftsmanship come together.
The copper stills, wooden barrels and ingredients are not décor here. They are part of a working distillery.
We combined that world with more than 15 years of BarsOnSight experience in events and hospitality. From that expertise, BarsOnSight developed The Amsterdam Event Distillery: a place where you do not just come together, but where the venue itself becomes part of the experience.

What your event can look like
Cocktail & mocktail workshop
Interactive, accessible and made to let people experience something together.
Distilling workshop
Work with botanicals and see distilling up close.
How it all comes together
From distillery tour to cocktails and dinner
An event can consist of much more than one element. Start with the story of the distillery, make cocktails together and close the day with a dinner or drinks.
That way venue, hospitality and programme become one continuous experience.

“Have something to celebrate, big or small, want to do something rather than just sit? Go for a workshop! I celebrated my leaving do here and everyone was very enthusiastic! Several people took a card with them to come back again in the future. I will definitely come back! It was well organised, well thought out and all wishes were granted!”

“The host was very enthusiastic! He completely immersed the group in the experience. With lots of love he told us everything about the cocktails, the rum, the botanicals and the whole process involved. Every question was answered with very nice and accurate answers, he knew what he was talking about. The explanation of how to make the cocktails was very clear and you had a lot of freedom to make your own creation. There were also lots of interactive mini-games! All in all a very cool experience, 10/10!”
